1."What's the greatest lesson a woman should learn?
That since day one, she's already had everything she needs within herself. It's the world that convinced her she did not."
-Rupi Kaur.
While I was surfing the web, I found this quote and it grabbed my attention because our society believes that women are incomplete if they do not have a partner; which is untrue. Nowadays 70% of the educated population are women, they have entered the business world and improved themselves, therefore they can maintain themselves independently. In addition, this quote demonstrates that women should not feel low self-confident and low self-esteemed because their happiness and power lie inside them, and not by what people or the society thinks about them. Behind every successful woman is herself.
Failure is not fatal. What is so interesting and inspiring about this quote is that Thomas Edison did not fail, but he described failure as an opportunity to try over and over again, There is always a way that will work out, a small window that is open. Without cracks light will never go in; and failure should be a motivation to stand up, try and work harder to improve.
I have seen plenty of people that complain about their lifestyles and their jobs to the point that they become ignorant about all the joy and pleasure working with love would bring to their lives. So, if you are not willing to give the best of you at work, then quitting is fair enough for you and the people around. For instance, teachers who care, respect students' feelings and take into account their abilities, circumstances and values are effective teachers that implant within the students' heart the desire to learn, and apply knowledge into real-life situations, rather than just memorizing without understanding the benefit and worthiness of learning.

The second quote is one of my favorite , it's realistic . Each person had a wrong trial in his life but it is always a good experience !!!
That second quote is simply amazing. I strongly believe that failure is a must in this life and that one who doesn't fail simply isn't living it right. I always say "Better an oops than a what if!". It's always better to have tried and failed than never to have tried at all.
