School is the kids' second home because the main role of a teacher is to make students feel as if they are at home; when they are at home they feel comfortable, fearless, happy and safe, and each student should picture school as such. They should not be afraid of asking questions, and this feeling is only provided by the teacher.
Skillful teachers set rules that teach students how to be polite and respect classmates, in other words, students are like an empty CD that are waiting to be filled, consequently if you fill them with nourishing and meaningful ideas, they will play positive and vice versa.

Their attitudes and beliefs are essential.These characteristics such as enthusiasm, caring, modeling and high expectations promote learner motivation, they are also linked to increased student achievement.
